What to expect
Your training sessions always begin with an InBody weigh-in. The first one acts as a control for subsequent weigh-ins so we can track your progress. When done, you’ll put on the XBody suit. This suit contains electrodes which sit above all major muscle groups and are activated through a console during training.
You are required to remove all of your clothing (including any type of bra but excluding other underwear), after which you put on a cotton-based layer (we provide this for demo sessions), and finally the suit. If working out in-studio, we have a private area where you can get changed. We’ll then assist you in zipping up the suit and will proceed to set up for the session.
Sessions are small and non-intrusive, allowing you to focus on your form without the distraction of loud music and crowded classes.
Recommended before training:
- We suggest you eat a carbohydrate-rich meal 2-3 hours prior to training and at least 500 ml liquid 30 minutes prior to training.
- Carbohydrate rich drinks are advised right before training.
- Caffeine has to be avoided 2-3 hours prior to training.
Recommended after training:
- In order to fully enjoy the benefits of training we recommend a protein rich drink to support your body’s natural muscle repair.
